• Most orders are handcrafted or prepared in small batches and processed within 3-7 business days from the date of purchase.

• During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing may take up to 10 business days.

• Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.

• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

• We primarily ship via USPS (Priority Mail, First Class, or Ground Advantage), with options for UPS or FedEx on select orders.

• Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain larger items (e.g., cutting boards); please provide a physical address if required.
